RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from JLucie. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please read the following guidelines and instructions to ensure a smooth return process.

RETURNS

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@jlucie.com and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return information and instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that some items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, personalized or custom-made items, and items marked as "final sale."

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

EXCHANGES

We are pleased to offer exchanges for your convenience. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, simply contact our customer support team at support@jlucie.com and provide them with the details of the original item as well as the desired size or color for the exchange. They will be more than happy to assist you in initiating the exchange process.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at support@jlucie.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a photo of the damaged item, and a description of the issue. We will provide you with a return information and instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or replacement within 7 business days.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@jlucie.com as soon as possible. We can accept cancellations or modifications within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify your order.

SHIPPING

If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. JLucie is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
