Orders are processed and shipped every day at 9 AM UTC. To receive same-day dispatch, make sure to place your order before 9 AM UTC.
SHIPPING RATES
We offer Free Insured Shipping for orders over 100 € (5-8 Business Days).
For orders below 100 €, we have two shipping options available, which are:
- Standard Shipping (5-12 Business Days) for €3.95
- Priority & Insured Shipping (5-8 Business Days) for €7.95.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We provide international shipping at a fixed rate of €25.00.
PACKAGE TRACKING
Tracking information will be available on our carrier's website once your package is shipped.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time may vary depending on the country and the item. We use manufacturers from around the world to offer unique and specialty items to our customers, and delivery can take from 1 to 5 business weeks. We ensure that all packages have tracking numbers.
INCOMPLETE DELIVERIES
As we print on demand and have a wide assortment of products, multiple items ordered may be shipped separately. Therefore, you may receive items at different times. Please do not worry, and contact us at support@jlucie.com for further assistance.
