HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

To track your order, you can find your tracking number in the Order Confirmation email that was sent to the email address provided during checkout. Simply visit our tracking page and enter your tracking number.

As the receiver, it is your sole responsibility to track your order and provide any necessary requirements to customs or the courier if required.

An Order Confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been shipped. This email will include all the necessary information regarding your order, as well as your tracking information.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES

When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?

For items that are available now, please allow up to two business days to obtain shipping information for payment authorization and packaging. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order but will be authorized for the order amount for verification purposes. The transaction will be charged to your credit card after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed availability, and prepared your order for shipping.

For items that are not immediately available, they will be placed on a priority waiting list and estimated to ship with free ground service during the delivery window provided. However, please be aware that they may arrive sooner or later than anticipated.
